Job summary

OBO Italian Table and Bar EDH in Springfield Meadows, CA is seeking a Counter Server to greet guests and ensure a memorable dining experience. You will assist with menu knowledge, take orders, and maintain a clean, safe dining area as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old; 21+ to work spirits program.
• Dinner/service experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn about the menu and drinks.
• Ability to be positive, attentive, and hospitable.

Requirements

• Previous Spirits and Wine Knowledge is a PLUS!


• Ability to always be positive, attentive, and hospitable


• A willingness to learn and grow


• Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card


• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.


• Reliable transportation to work

Position Summary: Counter Server team members ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a guest-friendly environment. This includes but is not limited to greeting and acknowledging every guest in a positive manner, menu and product knowledge, keeping a clean and sanitary environment, and all other components of the restaurant’s guest service standards while growing as part of a team!
