Job summary

OBO Italian Table and Bar, part of Selland Hospitality Group in Cameron Park, CA, is seeking Counter Server team members to provide outstanding guest service in a vibrant, hospitality-focused environment.

Hourly wage starts at $16.90 with tips. Benefits include free meals on shift, paid time off, holiday pay, health/dental/vision, sick leave, and education reimbursements. Must be 18+ (21+ for spirits) with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old, 21+ to work spirits program
• Previous Spirits and Wine knowledge is a plus
• Ability to be positive, attentive, and hospitable
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Valid RBS Card

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service and welcoming environment
• Greet guests, answer questions, and explain menu and beverages
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area and assist team as needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 18+ years of age, 21+ years to work the spirits program!
• Previous Spirits and Wine Knowledge is a PLUS!
• Ability to always be positive, attentive, and hospitable
• A willingness to learn and grow
• Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Reliable transportation to work

Position Summary: Counter Server team members ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a guest-friendly environment. This includes but is not limited to greeting and acknowledging every guest in a positive manner, menu and product knowledge, keeping a clean and sanitary environment, and all other components of the restaurant’s guest service standards while growing as part of a team!
