Job summary

SERVER Hospitality in Scottsdale is seeking an experienced Server to deliver warm, personalized service in an elevated dining setting. You will guide guests through menu selections, explain wine pairings, and ensure a memorable experience with confidence and professionalism.

Minimum 2 years of serving in fine dining, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure are required. Must hold a Food Handler Card and Title IV Alcohol Certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years serving in an elevated restaurant environment.
• Experience with fine dining wine service.
• Italian wine knowledge preferred.
• Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge with a passion for hospitality.
• Exceptional communication and guest interaction skills.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tables throughout service and maintain impeccable dining room standards.
• Present checks, process payments, and handle transactions accurately.
• Work closely with hosts, food runners, server assistants, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables throughout service.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow all company service standards and hospitality guidelines.
• Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation requirements.
