Job summary

Ella Dining Room and Bar in Sacramento is hiring a Busser/Back Server. The role supports servers and bartenders, delivers food, refills water, and helps with prep and stock. Must have serving/bussing experience and be comfortable in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation starts at $16.90 per hour not including tips, with benefits for part-time and full-time staff. Flexible scheduling, paid time off, holiday pay, and meal perks are offered.

Qualifications

• A valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card is required.

• Ability to lift 25+ pounds.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Busser/Back Server will need to have excellent social skills, be highly motivated and feel comfortable working in a demanding position. Employee will be required to multi-task while assisting servers and bartenders with bar preparation (before, during and after shift), delivering food, refilling water, cleaning, stocking product, re-stocking ice, cleaning/re-stocking glassware, and changing kegs. Candidates also should have sufficient experience and food/wine/liquor knowledge to hit the ground running. Busser/Back Servers interact with guests, servers and bartenders in a positive manner by assisting them promptly, and approaching them in a hospitable, friendly way.
