Job summary

Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. is looking for a full-time Counter Sales representative to manage customer interactions and order processing. This role involves multitasking to ensure accurate order entry and maintaining inventory accuracy. The position runs Monday through Friday with possible overtime during peak seasons.

The ideal candidate should have prior customer service experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle physical demands such as lifting. We offer a competitive salary range of $19.00 to $20.91 per hour and a suite of benefits, including bonuses and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
• Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Capability to pass a pre‑employment drug test, driving and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by effectively interacting with clients.
• Accurately process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries with precision.
