Job summary

Heritage Landscape Supply Group is seeking a full-time Counter Sales role based at Outdoor Solutions, Inc., in Roca, NE. The position focuses on accurate order entry, exceptional customer service, and coordinating logistics for timely deliveries.

The role requires strong multitasking, with duties spanning sales counter transactions, quotes, inventory support, and warehouse collaboration. Overtime may be required during peak seasons, and proficiency in English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and order entry procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Accurately process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter using the company system.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes using customer measurements to estimate needs and costs.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
• Participate in cycle counts, order picking, staging, replenishment, and shipping/receiving tasks.
• Collaborate with management to communicate customer needs and special order requests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and support warehouse and sales teams.
