QED in Loveland, CO is seeking a motivated sales support associate to handle customer orders, quotes, and product information. You\'ll communicate with customers by phone or in person, solicit additional sales, and coordinate with credit, warehouse, and management to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have strong math and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to interpret business materials.

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures.
• Ability to effectively present information to small groups of managers, clients and customers.
• Strong math skills for pricing, discounts and metric calculations.

Responsabilités

• Receive orders from customers by phone or in person and process sales transactions.
• Solicit sales of new or additional products to customers.
• Maintain professional customer relations and positive telephone etiquette.
• Liaise between customers and departments (credit, warehouse, outside sales, management).
• Provide quotations and price terms for standard or non-standard merchandise.
• Prepare sales tickets and coordinate delivery timelines with warehouse and logistics.
• Follow up on quotations to secure orders and future opportunities.
• Handle pricing, discounts, and customer complaints promptly and diplomatically.
