QED, founded in Denver, Colorado, is hiring a Sales Associate to manage customer orders and coordinate with credit, warehouse, and management to ensure timely delivery.

You will quote prices, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate records while delivering excellent customer service. The role offers $20.00 - $25.00 per hour plus monthly commission, with a Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from small groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to perform math functions representative of the job such as; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals and metric scales; computing rate, ratio, and percentages and to draw and interpret bar graphs; calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions.
• Possess in depth knowledge of QED computer systems, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Must be a team player and abide by QED's strong core values and beliefs.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with customers by phone or in person to receive orders for products.
• Solicits sale of new or additional products.
• Interacts with credit, purchasing, warehouse and management to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Liaison between the customer and QED departments to resolve inquiries and support sales.
• Prepare quotations, estimates and invoices with accurate pricing and tax status.
• Estimate delivery dates based on company schedules and coordinate order fulfillment.
• Perform warehouse duties including shipping, receiving and inventory control.
