Job summary

Sonepar USA, Inc. is hiring a customer-centric sales associate in Aurora, CO. You will handle orders by phone and in person, promote products, and liaise with credit, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate pricing.

You will use your strong math and communication skills to prepare quotations, manage customer relationships, and support warehouse operations. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive hourly pay and commissions.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers, clients and colleagues.
• Strong math skills including basic arithmetic, percentages and ratios.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone or in person to receive orders.
• Solicit sales of new or additional products.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate between customers and departments (credit, warehouse, sales, management).
• Prepare quotations, prices and delivery terms for standard or non-standard merchandise.
• Estimate delivery dates based on schedules and availability.
• Assist with inventory control and order pulling in the warehouse.
