Job summary

You will handle phone, email and in-person inquiries, provide pricing guidance, prepare quotes, and assist with inventory and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth. A high school diploma and 2 years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales with a focus on satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proficient with basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Familiarity with POS and order entry procedures.
• Clear, courteous communication in person, by phone and email.
• Ability to handle physical demands and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients by phone, email and in person to provide top service.
• Process customer transactions accurately at the sales counter using the system.
• Provide product recommendations and pricing to meet needs and drive sales.
• Create sales orders and quotes using measurements to estimate needs and costs.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries with precision.
• Participate in inventory activities: cycle counts, picking, staging and shipping/receiving.
• Communicate customer needs and special requests to the team and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and promote safety and efficiency.
• Work with warehouse and sales teams to support operations and service goals.
• Adhere to company policies and assist with additional duties as needed.
