Rio Grande Co. in Denver, CO is seeking a Counter Sales Representative for the Comm Res Product Division to assist contractors, builders, and homeowners with product selection, pricing, and order coordination.

This role collaborates with Inside/Outside Sales teams and Yard Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience from inquiry to final delivery, leveraging materials knowledge. You will work in a team-oriented environment that values safety, accountability, and employee development,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in building materials or construction.
• Strong knowledge of masonry, stone, stucco, rebar, and related building materials.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers, phone callers, and email inquiries with product information, pricing, availability, and applications.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines (masonry, stone, stucco, rebar, other building materials).
• Maintain showroom displays, samples, and marketing materials in a clean, organized, up-to-date manner.
• Build long-term customer relationships through reliable communication and follow-through.
• All other duties assigned.
