Job summary

Rio Grande Co. seeks an Inside Sales Representative – Fab Shop in Denver to support contractors, builders, and homeowners with product selection, pricing, and order coordination.

You will work with the Sales team and Yard Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery. The role requires at least 2 years in inside sales or customer service, with strong product knowledge in masonry and related materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inside sales or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of masonry, stone, or brick products preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers, phone callers, and email inquiries with product info, pricing, availability, and application.
• Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and close sales.
• Develop deep knowledge of natural stone, veneer, brick products.
• Coordinate with Vendors and Purchasing to source materials and confirm lead times.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to support accounts and maintain service standards.
• Maintain showroom displays and marketing materials; track orders for timely deliveries.
