Rio Grande Co. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative – Fab Shop in Denver, CO to support contractors, builders, and homeowners with product selection, pricing, and order coordination.

You will collaborate with Outside Sales and Yard Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience from inquiry through delivery, while building long-term relationships. The role requires at least two years in inside sales or customer service, knowledge of masonry products, and bilingual English/Spanish; ERP

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales or customer service in building materials or construction.
• Knowledge of masonry, stone, or brick products preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers, phone calls, and emails with product info, pricing, availability.
• Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop product knowledge on stone, brick, veneer, and related materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and Purchasing to source materials and confirm lead times.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to support accounts and maintain service standards.
• Maintain showroom displays, samples, and marketing materials.
• Track orders and coordinate with Yard Operations for timely deliveries.
• Assist with takeoffs and estimates for customer projects.
• Build long-term relationships through reliable communication.
