Total Tool is seeking a Counter Sales Representative in Pewaukee, WI to join our retail sales team. You will interact with customers, provide excellent service, and help drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include building relationships, processing quotes and orders, and collaborating with Outside Sales while staying current on products and trends. A strong client-service orientation and teamwork are essential for success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Counter Sales Representative for Total Tool, you’ll be on the front lines of our retail sales operation—helping customers, solving problems, and setting the stage for future growth in sales. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in a customer-driven, fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Build and maintain exceptional relationships with all customers, primarily in the electrical, mechanical and construction industry
• Provide each customerwith knowledgeable and excellent service both in person and over the phone
• Process quotes and orders for customers
• Work in coordination with Outside Sales to streamline the customer experience
• Engage in ongoing training sessions, staying up to dateon new and current products,services, and industry trends

PAY RANGE:

$21-$23 per hour, based on experience

SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
