Job summary

Total Tool is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our Superior, WI team. You will build relationships with customers in electrical, mechanical and construction sectors, providing knowledgeable service in person and by phone.

You will also process quotes and orders, collaborating with Outside Sales to streamline the customer experience. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of customer service experience, are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain exceptional relationships with customers, primarily in the electrical, mechanical and construction industry.

• Process quotes and orders for customers.
• Work in coordination with Outside Sales to streamline the customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training sessions, staying up to date on new and current products, services, and industry trends.
