Echo Electric, part of the Sonepar family, seeks a motivated Counter Sales Representative to assist customers, maintain product knowledge, and promote new products. You will handle sales orders and respond to inquiries while supporting warehouse tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience in the electrical industry or knowledge of electrical products.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move through a warehouse.
• Basic problem-solving and computer skills.
• EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level completion or commitment to complete within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product knowledge and promote new products.
• Assist customers during the sales/purchase process with professionalism.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed on a daily basis.
