Job summary

Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand, seeks a motivated Counter Sales Representative to join our Toledo team. You will maintain product knowledge, assist customers during the sales process using ERP software, and support warehouse functions as needed.

Compensation is $21-24/hour based on experience. You will build and maintain customer relationships, track and fulfill orders, and stay up to date on product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in the electrical industry preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and work in a team.
• Able to stand for long periods and walk the warehouse.
• Basic problem-solving and computer skills.
• EDGE/EPEC Bronze Level training or commitment within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Track and fulfill sales orders by picking, documenting, and following up.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and request stock as needed.
