This full-time branch role emphasizes technical knowledge to solve customer needs and build lasting relationships. The position offers an hourly pay range and opportunities to upsell, manage inventory, and collaborate with a team in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Product, applications, or wholesale distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours daily.
• Able to stoop, bend, and reach inventory; work in indoor and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup; track order status at all times.
• Receive shipments, log into inventory, conduct audits, and process returns accurately.
• Assist counter and phone customers with orders, product info, pricing, and availability.
• Upsell complementary products and maintain deep product knowledge; follow company pricing and credit guidelines.
