Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in customer service or counter sales.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to upsell and suggest profitable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the sales counter and process Sales Orders.
• Verify the Pick Ticket ship date and obtain customer signature.
• Provide customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
• Keep the counter area and displays clean, neat, stocked and safely displayed.
• Ensure security and control at the primary contact point.
• Communicate changes in customer business that may affect credit risk.
• Process cash sale returns and refund paperwork per policy.
• Inform supervisor of inventory levels or stock depletions.
• Assist coworkers in servicing customers, including answering calls and pulling orders.
• Complete safety and compliance training programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
