Job summary

Famous Supply is hiring Counter Sales Associates for our Toledo, Ohio branch. You will provide friendly, in-person and phone support to contractor customers, helping them select materials and solutions to keep their jobs moving.

Responsibilities include processing orders, managing open orders and bids, pulling warehouse orders, and keeping the counter area organized. HVAC/plumbing knowledge and a customer-first mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• HVAC and/or Plumbing knowledge.
• Customer service mindset.
• Ability to use computer.
• Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour day.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Understand customer needs.
• Provide the products and solutions to meet customer needs.
• Process and schedule customer orders.
• Manage Open Orders and customer Bids.
• Pull orders from the warehouse to serve customers.
• Keep counter area clean and organized.
