Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommend solutions at the counter.
• Process orders efficiently and accurately; input data into the system.
• Handle defective parts and warranty information.
• Process approved credits for returns and maintain pricing integrity.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack as needed and ensure safety standards.
