Capital Electric is hiring a Counter Sales associate at the White Plains, MD location to sell products, help customers select items, and develop lasting relationships with customers in the electrical distribution field.

You will greet customers, assist with orders, and support warehouse tasks while promoting company promotions and meeting monthly sales goals. Training is provided for the right candidate and the role offers comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• High School or GED required.
• Sales experience and/or Electrical knowledge preferred, but will train the right candidate.
• Good mathematics, verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly; occasional 70 lbs.
• Reliable, responsible, and strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer phone calls.
• Greet walk-in customers and assist with product selection.
• Prepare customer sales tickets and process orders.
• Pick items from the warehouse and bring to the counter.
• Promote and upsell promotions and promotions.
• Support warehouse functions as needed.
• Aim to meet monthly sales and gross margin targets.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Multitask and prioritize daily tasks.
