Job summary

Schaedler Yesco Distribution is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to support our branch with customer-facing service and product knowledge. You will assist customers, handle stock, quotes, and order processing while collaborating with sales and operations to deliver exceptional service.

Experience in retail or sales and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred. This role operates at our PA branch, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in electrical or retail/sales environments is preferred.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the counter by providing product information and guidance.
• Assist customers with product selection and applications.
• Share information on delivery options, pricing, and services.
• Maintain organized counter area and ensure stock is labeled and stocked.
• Process orders, manage credits, and communicate lead times to customers.
• Grow sales and maintain accurate pricing and references.
• Coordinate with vendors for special pricing and promotions when applicable.
• Handle Will Call orders and maintain inventory accuracy.
