Job summary

Ganahl Lumber Company in Escondido, CA is seeking a Counter Sales Manager to grow a fast-paced yard and lead a team of sales professionals. You will learn our customers, build relationships, and connect them to Ganahl resources to drive sales.

The role requires strong Accuterm knowledge, proficiency with Word and Excel, and the ability to teach the sales process while maintaining composure in a high-pressure environment. Previous people management experience is preferred.

• Extensive Accuterm knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Prior experience managing people preferred.
• Experience with counter sales, inside and outside contractor sales.
• Knowledge of our core products and strong relationships with key vendors.
• Ability to keep composure in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Be a key contributor to the yard and company-wide management teams.
