Job summary

The Kendall Group in Traverse City, MI seeks a Counter Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will promote Kendall products, assist customers in-store and by phone, and help with loading merchandise and basic warehouse tasks. You may also back up deliveries as needed.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and a customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment. Previous counter sales and forklift experience are a plus; safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kendall products to customers visiting or calling in, gathering needs and providing information.
• Promote add-on sales and vendor promotions.
• Assist in loading product into customers' vehicles and support warehouse activities.
• Back-up delivery driver duties as needed and if qualified.
• Maintain safe, clean and organized counter area and participate in inventory counts.
