Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Counter Sales with Backup Driver in Spring Hill, TN. You will manage orders, interact with customers, and assist with deliveries and inventory to keep operations smooth.

Ideal candidates have customer service or sales experience,- familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. This role requires reliability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and order entry.
• Clear and courteous communication in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly; 50 lbs repetitively.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients through phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Accurately process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter using the company’s computer system.
• Deliver product recommendations and pricing information to meet customer needs and maximize sales.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes using customer measurements for accuracy.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries to ensure timely logistics and satisfaction.
• Contribute to inventory management through cycle counts, picking, staging, replenishment and shipping/receiving.
• Collaborate with management to communicate customer needs and special order requests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Covers Back-up Driver responsibilities in non-regulated truck.
• Other duties as assigned.
