Job summary

Heritage Landscape Supply - Spring Hill is seeking a full-time Counter Sales with Backup Driver in Spring Hill, TN. The role centers on accurate order entry, strong customer interactions, and coordinating logistics to support timely deliveries.

You will process orders at the counter, provide product recommendations, manage quotes, and assist with inventory accuracy. Lifting up to 75 lbs is required; occasional driving duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and order entry procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and via email.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Accurately process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter.
• Deliver product recommendations and pricing information to meet customer needs.
• Create sales orders and quotes using customer measurements for estimates.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries to ensure timely logistics.
• Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, picking, and shipping/receiving.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and support a positive team environment.
