Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate customer and product information.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Organize and maintain sales documentation and inventory records.
• Support warehouse and counter operations as needed.
• Any other assigned task by management
