Job summary

EnergiPersonnel seeks a Warehouse and Inventory Clerk in Odessa, TX to support inventory accuracy and order processing within the Mechanical Seal & Service operations. You will help manage stock records, cycle counts, and documentation to improve cost control and lead times.

The role collaborates with shared resources to align processes, oversee safety stock, perform quarterly cycle counts in SAP, and ensure all items are properly posted before orders are fulfilled.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management - Assist in reorganizing Odessa inventory and implement control processes to improve cost control, lead times, and alignment with shared resources.
• Inventory Gate Keeper - Oversee Odessa trigger report to manage safety stock and consumables, improving efficiency in parts availability for seal repairs.
• Cycle Counter - Perform routine stock checks so inventory is counted quarterly; ensure accurate SAP records and cost-control improvements.
• Document Control - Ensure new inventory postings to orders and that nothing is shipped without proper documentation; drive cost reductions.
• Additional Duties - Reduce daily tasks handled by customer service to focus on serving customers and meeting lead times for business growth.

Great company from Odessa, Tx is seeking a: Warehouse and Inventory Clerk - Mechanical Seal & Service

Job Purpose: This role supports the efficient management and control of inventory by maintaining accurate stock records, performing cycle counts, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring materials are properly documented and processed. This role works closely with shared resources to improve inventory accuracy, cost control, lead times, and overall operational efficiency while providing additional purchasing and administrative support as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inventory management - Asist in major project to reorganize Odessa inventory and implement control process. Cost control / efficiency gains / lead -time improvement / communication and process alignment with shared resources.


• Inventory Gate Keeper - Oversee Odessa trigger report as needed to manage safety stock (oversee program of consumables and stock process). Efficiency gain reduces time seal repair personnel are looking for parts.


• Cycle Counter -perform routine stock checks so that entire inventory is counted once per quarter. This will assure inventory is accounted properly in SAP system. Cost control measure / improve lead-time


• Document Control - new inventory posted to orders - nothing to be placed or shipped unless properly accounted - Cost reduction and control measure


• Additional Duties - (reducing daily tasks that are performed by customer service taking them away from primary objectives to service customers and meet lead - time expectations required to grow the business).
