Job summary

Nicklas Supply is seeking a Counter Salesperson to assist walk-in and telephone customers in selecting and acquiring products, applying technical knowledge to meet needs.

You will professionally greet customers, process orders, returns, and payments, maintain displays, and support promotions. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and operate a forklift; 1–2 years' experience preferred; benefits package available.

Responsibilities

• Sell, promote promotions, and process orders in the system.
• Handle returns, warranties, and paperwork according to policy.
• Maintain counter area and product displays attractively.
• Assist and resolve customer complaints and provide information.
• Restock displays and stay updated on new products and promotions.
• Operate forklift/order pickers and adhere to safety policies.
• Enter payments or obtain credit information as needed.
