Job summary

SRS Distribution, Inc. seeks a Counter Sales professional for an on-site Englewood, CO role. You will handle orders, provide product recommendations, prepare quotes, and schedule deliveries while maintaining an organized counter and warehouse workflow.

Responsibilities include inventory coordination, cycle counts, and collaboration with management to meet customer needs. POS experience and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Experience with customer relationship management and issue resolution.
• Proficiency with POS systems and order entry procedures.
• Ability to operate basic computer tasks and internet navigation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person, by phone, and via email to provide service.
• Process orders and manage transactions at the sales counter using the company system.
• Deliver product recommendations and prepare quotes for customers.
• Coordinate deliveries and schedule trucks to support timelines.
• Participate in cycle counts, stocking, and shipping/receiving activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized counter/warehouse area and follow safety standards.
