Job summary

You will enter orders accurately, provide product recommendations, and coordinate deliveries to support timely project completion. This full-time on-site role requires basic computer skills, familiarity with POS systems, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service or sales.
• Experience using point-of-sale systems and order entry procedures.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Clear, courteous communication in person, phone, and email.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients in person, by phone, and via email.
• Accurately process and manage transactions at the sales counter using the company system.
• Deliver product recommendations and pricing information to meet customer needs.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes based on measurements and estimates.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries to support timelines.
• Participate in inventory tasks including cycle counts, picking, and receiving.
• Collaborate with management and team members to fulfill special orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and promote safety standards.
• Work with warehouse and sales teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Fulfill duties aligned with company policies and objectives.
