Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our onsite team in Petoskey, MI. You’ll promote products, assist customers, and help with loading orders and basic warehouse tasks. This role supports sales growth and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include providing technical assistance, quoting and taking orders, and participating in inventory management. A high school diploma and ability to operate forklift are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kendall Group products and services to customers visiting or calling the location.
• Provide prompt, friendly and professional service in-person and by phone.
• Assist in loading product into customers' vehicles and in warehouse activities.
• Replenish counter inventory and pick orders; participate in cycle counts.
• Back-up delivery driver duties if qualified and needed.
