Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and order entry workflows.
• Experience using Epicor Solar Eclipse or similar ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multiple channels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand/walk long periods and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional counter and phone-based service with accurate order entry.
• Increase sales through cross-selling, upselling, and promoting new products.
• Coordinate deliveries with drivers and assist with inventory and branch operations.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards to maintain a family-oriented culture.
