Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Customer service/retail experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and ability to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries and complaints; process their requests promptly.
• Process payments and handle sales, returns and special orders.
• Develop and maintain rapport with customers.
• Be knowledgeable about products and services.
• Maintain back stock and set up merchandise displays on the floor.
• Keep sales floor and facility clean and organized in collaboration with team.
• Assist in receiving, counting, and restocking inventory.
• Adhere to health, safety, and security practices.
• Support repair and rebuilding of agricultural equipment as needed.
• Exercise sound judgment aligned with job functions, strategies, and company values.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
