Job summary

GEMAIRE, a leading HVAC distributor, seeks a Counter Sales Associate to manage our sales counter in Mandeville, LA. You will deliver strong customer service, process orders, and support showroom merchandising.

You will interact with dealers, contractors, and internal sales, upsell related items, and help maintain safety standards while meeting sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in a Counter Sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Proven success in sales and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving and customer service.
• Ability to work independently, but meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• A willingness to learn and grow with our Company.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment

The Counter Sales Associate is responsible for our sales counter at one of our established wholesale HVAC distributorships. The ultimate goal of this role is to provide strong customer service in a sales oriented setting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent GEMAIRE as a leader in the industry ensuring maximum sales.

• Experience in a wholesale HVAC equipment supply house preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred.
