Job summary

Watsco in the United States is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to run our sales counter at a wholesale HVAC distributorship. You will deliver strong customer service, assist dealers and end users, and process sales orders with opportunities to upsell.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in counter sales, solid communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HVAC products and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in a Counter Sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Proven success in sales and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• A willingness to learn and grow with our Company.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment

• Experience in a wholesale HVAC equipment supply house preferred.
