Job summary

Watsco is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to join our HVAC distribution team in a fast-paced environment. The role centers on providing strong customer service at the sales counter and supporting dealers and end users with product information and orders.

You will interact with internal and outside sales, manage showroom merchandising, and assist in up-selling related items while maintaining safety and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in a Counter Sales role, preferably in HVAC.
• Proven success in sales and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• A willingness to learn and grow with our Company.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment

• Experience in a wholesale HVAC equipment supply house preferred.
