Job summary

Johnstone Supply in Greensboro, NC is hiring a Counter Sales associate to help customers find right solutions, greet in person and on the phone, and maintain showroom.

You will assist multiple customers in a fast-paced environment, answer questions and troubleshoot, enter orders, process payments, returns and warranties. The role emphasizes building relationships, recommending products and maintaining an organized showroom, with English required and Spanish a plus; HVAC/R experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; Spanish is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• HVAC/R or similar industry experience preferred (2+ years)
