Job summary

Johnstone Supply, The Balsan Group is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to be the face of the branch counter, helping contractors and customers find the right HVAC products and solutions.

You will build relationships, provide knowledgeable service, process orders, and support the daily operations of our wholesale HVAC branch. If you enjoy solving problems, collaborating with a team, and delivering exceptional service, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• HVAC industry knowledge or experience a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to HVAC contractors and walk-in customers.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order placement.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
• Answer product questions and help identify solutions.
• Receive, stock, and maintain inventory as needed.
• Support branch operations and work closely with sales and warehouse teams.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized showroom environment.
