Job summary

Johnstone Supply The Balsan Group is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to be the face of the branch, helping contractors and customers find HVAC products. You will build relationships, provide knowledgeable service, process orders, and support daily operations at our wholesale HVAC branch.

The ideal candidate has customer service or sales experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Receive, stock, and maintain inventory as needed.
• Support branch operations and work closely with the sales and warehouse teams.
