Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Counter Sales associate in the Fort Worth area to handle counter sales, quote requests, and order processing. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with pay in the $19–$21/hr range.

The role requires handling inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, identifying customers, and driving add-on and cross-sell opportunities to grow sales. A positive attitude toward returns and customer concerns is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming internal and external customer inquiries via phone, fax, email, mail, or online, and assist outside sales in quotes and orders
• Input customer orders, quotes, bids, etc. for products
• Identify, contact, provide quotes, and close orders on potential and targeted customers
• Use electronic and published catalogs to provide customers with product, pricing, and availability information
• Increase sales and average order size utilizing cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales, and offering promotional sales items and new products
• Handle customer complaints and returns while showing a positive attitude
