Job summary

Shearer Supply, LLC is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to manage the sales counter at our branch locations, providing exceptional service for equipment, parts and supplies from multiple brands. You will drive customer loyalty through proactive help, accurate orders, and a responsive sales approach.

Key responsibilities include taking customer orders, building relationships, and supporting branch operations to ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 yrs counter experience in HVAC wholesale distribution (preferred but not required).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pass pre-employment screening.

The right candidate for this role will possess the following:

• Pass pre-employment screening

Counter Sales Associate Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to sit for 20+ minutes at a time
• Ability to push, pull at least 20+ pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
