Job summary

Shearer Supply, LLC seeks a Counter Sales Associate to manage our branch sales counter, assisting customers with orders and fostering strong relationships. You will support branch operations and strive to deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring local market knowledge and strong communication skills, with 1–3 years of counter experience in HVAC wholesale distribution preferred. Candidates must pass pre-employment screening.

Counter Sales Associate Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to sit for 20+ minutes at a time
• Ability to push, pull at least 20+ pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
