Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Counter Associate to join our field team. You will be the front line for customer service, issuing parts and documenting requests at the counter, while ensuring accurate records in our WMS.

This role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Competitive pay and benefits accompany a growing company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with customer service and basic office software preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by issuing parts accurately from work orders and at the counter.
• Document movement of items in the warehouse management system (WMS) immediately and accurately.
• Follow procedures for special item issuance and IMEP restrictions.
• Notify planners and management regarding PIAC status and block placement of parts.
• Document all part returns, credits, transfers and erroneous transactions.
• Pick orders and transport them as requested.
• Conduct daily inventory cycle counts and reconcile bin balances with system counts.
• Maintain clean and organized counter and stockroom areas.
• Perform other duties to support warehouse operations.
