Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, 3+ years in a mechanical/parts setting, strong communication, and the ability to use Warrtrack and MS Office tools. Willingness to work overtime and lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse customers.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new software systems like Warrtrack and SIB requests.
• Intermediate computer skills; comfortable with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean safe work environment.
• Parts counter sales and customer service.
• Safely operate a forklift.
• Load and unload parts trucks and freight deliveries.
• Accurately pick, put away and deliver parts orders to designated areas.
• Inspect and process cores and warranty accurately.
• Understand inventory control basics and maintain paperwork.
