CJ Logistics America is hiring a Warehouse Counter Associate in Richmond, VA. The role focuses on issuing parts at the counter, documenting transactions, and maintaining stock integrity.

You will handle work orders, respond to requests, and support warehouse operations with attention to detail and strong people skills. Training and benefits are provided to help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service by issuing parts accurately based on work orders and cost center orders at the counter.
• Document movement of items in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Follow procedures for special item issuance and IMEP restrictions.
• Notify planners and management regarding PIAC status and when parts need to be placed in block status.
• Document all part returns, credits, transfers, and erroneous transactions.
• Pick orders and transport them as requested.
• Perform daily Inventory Cycle Counts and document discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of counter and stockroom.
