Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Counter Manager for our Macy's Shop-in-Shop. You will lead a team of part-time Sales Leads and Sales Associates, drive sales, and uphold exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

You will manage weekly schedules, inventory, training, and compliance with Pandora and Macy's policies while building a high-performance team and achieving comp sales and transaction targets. This is a growth role with opportunities across Shop-in-Shop and Concept stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
• Drive sales goals, focusing on comp sales and transaction targets.
• Manage weekly schedules, inventory, and loss prevention practices.
• Ensure Pandora and Macy's visual standards and brand presentation.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for store team.
• Ensure compliance with Pandora/Macy's policies and security procedures.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to staff.
