Job summary

Pandora, a leader in hand-finished jewelry, is seeking a Counter Manager for Macy’s Arrowhead Towne Center in Glendale. You will lead a team of part-time Sales Associates and Sales Leads, driving sales through exceptional customer experiences and daily coaching on brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, inventory oversight, and adherence to policies. You’ll oversee staffing, training, and performance feedback while maintaining Pandora’s high standards in a busy retail

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory retail role such as Sales Lead or Assistant Manager.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team to achieve sales targets.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Leads and Sales Associates on the shop floor.
• Create effective weekly schedules aligned with peak hours and payroll efficiency.
• Coach in sales techniques, product knowledge, and Pandora brand standards.
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, cycle counts and loss prevention practices.
• Ensure VM compliance and product presentation per brand standards.
• Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding and candidate alignment with Pandora values.
