Job summary

Pandora A/S is seeking a Counter Manager for a Macy’s Shop-in-Shop location in Honolulu, HI. You will lead and coach a team of part-time associates, manage daily operations, scheduling, and inventory, and ensure exceptional fan experiences and sales results.

The role emphasizes coaching, brand standards, and adherence to Pandora and Macy’s policies, with opportunities for advancement within Pandora’s North America network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Sales Lead / Assistant Manager or equivalent supervisory role in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in fashion, luxury, or jewelry retail is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop high-quality teams.
• Knowledge of KWI, POS systems, ATS, and Office 365.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive counter sales and exceed goals, focusing on comp sales and transaction targets.
• Coach and manage a team of Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
• Prepare weekly schedules aligned with peak sales hours and payroll efficiency.
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention.
• Ensure Pandora and Macy’s visual standards through merchandising.
• Maintain adherence to all security, POS, and policy requirements.
• Support DSM with hiring, interviewing, and onboarding.
